- Write Essays to Articulate Clear Thinking
- Work on things I care about and like
- Don't work on things I don't care about or don't like. Outsource, Avoid, or Delegate to someone who likes it.
- Schedule time to think about what to work on
- I can learn anything I want. I can get better quickly. Trust that I can do it as it has been done many times in the past
- Surround myself with people who are smart, productive, happy, proactive, and above all, high integrity.
- Always be high integrity
- Do the work. Work both smart and hard.
- Be around people that push and inspire me to be better.
- Prioritize getting important shit done daily, weekly, monthly...
- Write down lists of priorities. Transcribe to each new day, adding metadata. Exercise the prioritization muscle
- Be relentless in getting the most important projects done.
- Invest time finding the thing to work on. Work at it with blistering intensity
- Be ruthless about saying no to things
- Do non-critical things in the quickest way possible
- Avoid meetings & conferences
- Sleep in a cold, dark, quiet room with a face mask
- Don't eat hours before you sleep
- Avoid Sugar.
- Keep junk food outside the office. I have an obsessive personality. Direct it intentionally and create environments condusive to success
- Omega 3, Vitamin D-3 are always friendly
- Clean workspace. My desk is reflective of the state of my mind. Clear office = clear thinking
- Avoid people who put you in a bad mood. Protect your energy
